"what is this?" "probably delicious" And it was! I truly couldn't tell you everything I ate last night but I can tell you I liked all of it. It's not typical that someone wants a drink weaker than they got but they still changed it for me to something I couldn't even tell had alcohol in it, which is what I want from fruity cocktails. The employees were kind and helpful throughout the entire meal. I loved this and I was right to look forward to the day I could finally try KPOT. Definitely gonna do soup one of these days.

Highly recommend this place for anyone craving an authentic, cozy hotpot meal!!! I love the new claw machine and from the moment we walked in, the hosts named Janice and Lexi, they greeted us with warm smiles and made us feel right at home. I really love their smiles. Love u girls. You guys made my day. xoxo. Also food was fresh, flavorful, and the variety of ingredients was fantastic.

The atmosphere was really nice, we came in on a Monday afternoon with the boys and we got a seat instantly. Our many servers were wonderful. In particular the nice looking guy called Ming was super hot, stimulated our appetites very much, he also provided excellent service. The food was really delicious I really recommend 生菜, lettuce, pork belly and short ribs here.

Tried this place out recently and had a lovely time! Ming Yu was our server for the night. He’s awesome, made everything easy and enjoyable. He was quick with refills, checked in at the right times, and helped us figure out what to order since we were new to hotpot. Definitely made the night better. Going back soon!

The food there was good, service was nice, and they served fried food for appetizers. My favorite was the beef ribs! Also big shout out to Ming, our waiter-super friendly and attentive. He really made our visit special. Will definitely come back!

We came to celebrate my sister's birthday and Justin was our server. He really went above and beyond to make it a really nice time! Friendly, attentive and always changed our grill every time it looked dirty. It kept our food nice without all the extra grease. We really appreciated his effort and personality. Great recommendations and the group song was hilarious! Thank you Justin for making it a great time!

The food was fantastic, would definitely be coming back enjoying more. Service was fantastic, it was our first time there so we had quite a few questions before we sat down. The girl host name Lydia was very patient and polite, helped us out a lot, and provided fantastic service! Would definitely be coming back and hoping to have her help us again!
